Perfectly Balanced

This is without a doubt (going to be) my best album yet. I can say that now even though I've barely begun. The album cover is a picture of me, that's been poly-ed down and turned blue. I constructed the text manually out of squares and right triangles, and then overlaid some white noise at a very low opacity before applying an alpha threshold. The result is exactly what I wanted.

A very fun song to make, heavily inspired by 747 by Ludwig Göransson. Designed to be a cinematic intro.

A song about how negative I often am in music, as well as other musicians. It's kind of poking fun at me, since almost every negative situation I cover in lyrics is made up and hypothetical.

A basic song about general hatred. Somewhat proving the "I'm negative" message from Negative.

This one is more depressing. The general message is that you wish you could talk but you can't.

The title is a parody of other songs' titles "Money Makes The World Go 'Round". Money is like water. It can cause great harm; wars are started over it, workforces are exploited over it, but most people can't survive without it.

This song is partially about main character syndrome, but it's mostly about the feeling of invincibility that come with the teenage years (though I suspect many grown men have it too, I know I do).

A leadup track for Let Them Fight, reflecting its successor's property of all the violence contained within being allegorical. The lyrics of this song are from the perspective of the people criticized in Let Them Fight.

Once again, the violence within is allegorcal to people who continuously quarrel for no reason. I do believe in healthy calm debates; this song talks about extremely hostile arguments that go beyond simply debating.

There's a lot of anger and frustration and depression here. I think the song can mostly speak for itself. I believe it to be the best song on the album.

A dark social satire about overcomplainers. Probably the least novel of all the songs on the album, but a necessary prequel to Do You Think I Like It?.
